RECESSION MARKET PLACE April Listings
As a business person facing economic hardship it’s time to sell talents that have value, and ‘things’ of interest but not essential. I am reminded of the Depression of the man standing on the corner selling apples from a basket. I don’t see the basket too full and the product yet unsold as a negative, but in my mind we see sales at least occurring which if not selling apple pies, selling one apple at a time is a step of renewal.
This is a Marketplace open to Subscribers for any product they want to list (See Listing-how-to Post). Treat this like a Farmer’s Market, a neighborhood garage sale, estate-rummage sale—but where the products are worthy and perhaps fire-sale bargains. The buyers should also be winners. Robert H. Blair (1937-2016) was born and raised in California. He first attended the Chouinard Art Institute in Los Angeles from 1960 to 1962, while also working for the Los Angeles Examiner in the art department.
